The automatic bottle blowing machine is a two-step up-blowing automatic molding machine, from 1/2 to 1/4 cavities, and can blow up to 20L. It is suitable for blowing crystalline plastics such as PET and PP as raw materials. Any shape of carbonated beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, cosmetic bottles, large-caliber bottles, high-temperature-resistant bottles, cooking oil, automobile antifreeze, bubble water bottles, pet jars, cans, etc., and other packaging containers.
1. Blowing mechanism: The original high-pressure integrated valve group is adopted to ensure a substantial increase in single-cavity production capacity.
2. Centralized heating mechanism: a new patented constant temperature heat cycle light box, saving more than 50% of the same industry.
3. Stretching mechanism: replace the linear bearing with the linear slide mechanism, the stability is greatly improved.
